Martin `maRto` Zaple [zay-pull] from the South West of England, is a self-taught aspiring photographer, photographing since 2006.  Initially discovering his love for imagery through the raw and honest approaches from some British and American independent alternative films and music videos he became almost obsessed by the concepts and constructs towards the imagery and was drawn into photography.

"I like the thought of trying to bring something else to the table and I find it uncomfortable to stick to a style or feature within my work.  I try to not voice too much about my work, for fear of jading an individuals’ organic reactions and readings, which I relish hearing, good or bad.  I always rather allow my work to perhaps speak for me and itself instead.

With good experience in Bowens and Elinchrom studio work I graduated from my photographic NVQ3 apprenticeship in 2011 where I have really built upon and gained an extensive fresh wealth of new adaptable knowledge and experiences, including print media."
