Martin 'maRto' Zaple [zay-pull] from the South West of England, is a self taught, aspiring Photographer with four years of experience. Originally appreciating the beauty of imagery through the "raw & honest" stylistic approaches of some British & American independent, alternative films & music videos, his passion for imagery grew quickly; discovering next & finally photography & arts.

With a friendly, quick-learning, professional attitude and enthusiastic hands-on approach, Martin has good experience with studio work & thoroughly enjoys dealing with people. He also enjoys developing & printing in film, but with digital being his personal preferred medium.

"I like the thought of trying to bring something else to the table. I find it uncomfortable to stick to a style or feature, within my work.  I often don't like to try talk about my work, but rather allow my work to perhaps talk for me & itself instead.  I fear voicing my direction or construct within my work in worry of jading individuals’ "organic" reactions and readings, which I relish hearing, good or bad.  For me It’s like a magician keeping buttoned on how the trick is played, as its never the same again if told.
